The Nutrition Warehouse ships orders within the 48 contiguous states via UPS or USPS. Depending on product availability, orders shipped UPS Ground generally arrive within 1-2 business days. Based on stock availability, most orders received before 1:00 pm CST are shipped out the same or next day. Orders placed on Friday (after cutoff time), Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the next business day. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
Although we do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, we cannot require the driver to leave the package if no one is home. Based on their own policies, if you live in an area deemed of relatively low crime or small risk, UPS drivers will generally leave the package at your door or other safe area. Again, the decision of whether or not to require a signature is solely based upon the discretion of the UPS driver. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
UPS Ground
• $6.95 flat rate per 20 lbs. (Excludes: APO/FPO-Hawaii-Alaska-Puerto Rico)
NOTE: We will charge an $11 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or phone number error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $11 fee UPS charges us a fee for this correction.
USPS Priority Mail
• Shipments to APO, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO and HAWAII are only available via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $36.95 up to 20 lbs. Orders in excess of 20 lbs will be charged an additional $6.95 per 20 lb increments. USPS Priority mail is typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
Return Policy
Please contact us if you would like to return a product you've ordered in error. Once your request has been received and approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Authorization) number. Returned packages must include an RMA #. Products returned without a clearly marked RMA # on the outside of the packages will be refused. Merchandise must not be marked in any manner and must be returned unopened and in a resalable condition. Once the request has been recevied and approved, you will be responsible to ship the product back to The Nutrition Warehouse (the address will be provided). You will also be responsible for a 10% restocking fee. Closeout and discounted items may not be returned. No cash refunds will be given on returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
The Nutrition Warehouse must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or incorrect products. Damaged products must be returned and received before any credits are given or replacement products are shipped.
The Nutrition Warehouse is NOT responsible for damages due to elements out of our control, such as weather. If you should receive an incorrect item please email us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may provide you with an RMA number to return your products and immediately reship the correct products. We will make arrangements for UPS to pick up the return item at no cost to you.
Stock Availability
Although we manage our back stock closely, sometimes we experience “flash outages". These stock outages happen when an item sells out faster that the orders are filled. If this happens, it may create delays on delivery. We continuously adjust stock levels to minimize shipping delays but we are sometimes limited by product availability from the manufacturer due to manufacture back orders or delayed delivery from the manufacture. If you have any questions, contact our sales department to verify stock availability.
Order Cancelations
ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED. In order to offer fast and efficient service to our customers, orders are processed immediately. Because orders are automatically processed as they are received, we are unable to cancel orders prior to shipment. Orders submitted may be canceled, however, they are subject to our Refund Policy.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided via email once your products are shipped. If you are unable to track your products with the information given please email us.
Missing Items
Orders with multiple products may be shipped from different warehouses. No additional charges will be incurred if your order is “split” however split orders may arrive separately. If you do not believe your package was split into multiple shipments or you have any further questions or concerns please email or call us.
Out of Stock Items
If an item ordered is out of stock please accept our apology. You have two options:
1. Approve partial shipment and cancel the remaining balance
2. Cancel entire order
A response must be received by us within 48 hours of notification of out of stock item or the order will be canceled entirely. There is no penalty or fee for orders canceled due to out of stock items. We do not carry “back orders”. If an item is out of stock you will need to place your order again once the item is available.
